Everyone, follow me today and let's talk about something practical. All biogas, whether produced from pig manure, chicken manure, or cow manure, must not be directly utilized, let alone consumed! The core reason is that the hydrogen sulfide content inside is too high, which not only poses a safety hazard, but also causes serious corrosion to various equipment that will be used in the future. This is also the key to desulfurization treatment in order for biogas to play a role.
而且有個重點(diǎn)我必須跟大家說清楚,同樣是糞便產(chǎn)沼氣,硫化氫的含量差別可不小,其中最厲害的就是牛糞產(chǎn)的沼氣。根據(jù)我們之前用專業(yè)儀表實(shí)測的數(shù)據(jù),牛糞所產(chǎn)生的沼氣,硫化氫含量最少都在12000到15000ppm,這個數(shù)值真的非常高,腐蝕性也極強(qiáng)。哪怕是豬糞、雞糞產(chǎn)的沼氣,硫化氫含量比牛糞的低一些,但也完全達(dá)不到直接利用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),一樣會腐蝕設(shè)備、留下安全隱患,半點(diǎn)不能馬虎。
And there is a key point that I must make clear to everyone, which is that the content of hydrogen sulfide varies greatly when producing biogas from manure, and the most powerful one is biogas produced from cow manure. According to the data we previously measured with professional instruments, the methane produced from cow manure has a minimum hydrogen sulfide content of 12000 to 15000ppm, which is really high and highly corrosive. Even the biogas produced from pig manure and chicken manure has a lower hydrogen sulfide content than cow manure, but it does not meet the standard for direct utilization. It can still corrode equipment and leave safety hazards, and cannot be taken lightly.
可能有朋友覺得,不就是一點(diǎn)硫化氫嗎,能有多大影響?其實(shí)真不是小事,咱們后續(xù)要靠沼氣發(fā)電,發(fā)電機(jī)組的管道、閥門、氣缸這些核心部件,都是金屬材質(zhì),長期接觸含硫化氫的沼氣,這些部件會慢慢被腐蝕、損壞,輕則影響發(fā)電效率,發(fā)電量上不去,重則直接導(dǎo)致發(fā)電機(jī)組報(bào)廢,到時候損失就太大了,得不償失。

The core components of the generator set, such as pipes, valves, and cylinders, are all made of metal materials. If they are exposed to biogas containing hydrogen sulfide for a long time, these components will gradually corrode and be damaged. At the slightest, it will affect the power generation efficiency and the power output will not increase. At the most serious, it will directly lead to the scrapping of the generator set. The losses will be too great and not worth the losses.
所以說,不管是哪種糞便產(chǎn)的沼氣,在進(jìn)行利用、用來發(fā)電之前,有三個步驟絕對不能省——脫硫、脫水、加壓,這三步是沼氣安全利用的底線,而其中,脫硫又是最核心、最關(guān)鍵的一步,直接關(guān)系到設(shè)備的使用壽命和沼氣的利用效果。

首先大家看這個,這是我們的一級脫水塔。沼氣從發(fā)酵池(原文中“飛模式”應(yīng)為口誤,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場場景修正)過來之后,第一步要進(jìn)入的就是這里,先進(jìn)行一級脫水處理。大家都知道,沼氣里面除了硫化氫,還夾雜著很多水分,這些水分如果不先去掉,不僅會影響后續(xù)的脫硫效果,還會和硫化氫一起,加劇對設(shè)備的腐蝕,所以第一步先脫水,把沼氣里的大部分水分分離出來,為后續(xù)的脫硫工作做好準(zhǔn)備。
First of all, let's take a look at this. This is our first stage dehydration tower. After the biogas comes from the fermentation tank (the "flying mode" in the original text should be a slip of the tongue, corrected based on the on-site scene), the first step is to enter here and undergo a first level dehydration treatment. As we all know, besides hydrogen sulfide, biogas also contains a lot of water. If this water is not removed first, it will not only affect the subsequent desulfurization effect, but also, together with hydrogen sulfide, aggravate the corrosion of equipment. Therefore, the first step is to dehydrate and separate most of the water in the biogas, preparing for the subsequent desulfurization work.
脫水完成之后,就到了最核心的環(huán)節(jié)——脫硫,咱們采用的是三級脫硫工藝,不是簡單的一次脫硫,就是為了徹底去除沼氣中的硫化氫,確保處理后的沼氣達(dá)標(biāo),最大限度保護(hù)發(fā)電機(jī)組。可能有朋友會問,為什么要做三級脫硫?因?yàn)椴还苁桥<S沼氣的高硫化氫,還是豬糞、雞糞沼氣的硫化氫,一次脫硫都很難徹底去除干凈,殘留的少量硫化氫依然會腐蝕設(shè)備,三級脫硫就是層層過濾、層層去除,確保最終排出的沼氣,硫化氫含量降到安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以內(nèi)。
After dehydration is completed, the most crucial step is desulfurization. We use a three-stage desulfurization process, which is not a simple one-time desulfurization, but to completely remove hydrogen sulfide from the biogas, ensure that the treated biogas meets the standards, and maximize the protection of the generator set. Some friends may ask, why do we need to do tertiary desulfurization? Because whether it is the high hydrogen sulfide in cow manure biogas or the hydrogen sulfide in pig manure and chicken manure biogas, it is difficult to completely remove it with one desulfurization, and the residual small amount of hydrogen sulfide will still corrode the equipment. The three-stage desulfurization is to filter and remove layer by layer to ensure that the hydrogen sulfide content in the final discharged biogas is reduced to within the safety standard.
脫完硫之后,沼氣還需要經(jīng)過加壓處理。這一步我們用到的是羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)(原文中“螺絲風(fēng)機(jī)”為口誤,結(jié)合行業(yè)常規(guī)修正),通過羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)對脫硫、脫水后的沼氣進(jìn)行加壓,讓沼氣的壓力達(dá)到發(fā)電機(jī)組運(yùn)行所需要的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。大家都知道,發(fā)電機(jī)組發(fā)電,對沼氣的壓力有明確要求,壓力不夠,就沒法正常發(fā)電,所以加壓這一步也至關(guān)重要,半點(diǎn)不能省略。
After desulfurization, biogas still needs to undergo pressure treatment. In this step, we use a Roots blower (the word "screw blower" in the original text is a mistake, corrected according to industry norms) to pressurize the desulfurized and dehydrated biogas, so that the pressure of the biogas reaches the standard required for the operation of the generator set. As we all know, when a generator set generates electricity, there are clear requirements for the pressure of biogas. If the pressure is not enough, it cannot generate electricity normally. Therefore, the step of increasing pressure is also crucial and cannot be omitted at all.
加壓完成之后,處理合格的沼氣,會被輸送到旁邊的緩沖罐里面進(jìn)行儲存。緩沖罐的作用很簡單,就是穩(wěn)定沼氣的壓力,避免壓力波動影響發(fā)電機(jī)組的正常運(yùn)行,保證供氣穩(wěn)定。當(dāng)緩沖罐里面的沼氣壓力,達(dá)到發(fā)電機(jī)組所需要的固定壓力值時,緩沖罐就會自動輸送沼氣,供給我們的發(fā)電機(jī)組進(jìn)行發(fā)電,整個流程連貫又高效,不用專人全程看管,特別省心。
After the pressurization is completed, the qualified biogas will be transported to the nearby buffer tank for storage. The function of a buffer tank is simple, which is to stabilize the pressure of biogas, avoid pressure fluctuations affecting the normal operation of the generator set, and ensure stable gas supply. When the pressure of biogas in the buffer tank reaches the fixed pressure value required by the generator set, the buffer tank will automatically transport biogas to supply our generator set for power generation. The entire process is coherent and efficient, without the need for a dedicated person to supervise the entire process, which is particularly worry free.
我再跟大家強(qiáng)調(diào)一遍,沼氣利用,脫硫先行,不管是哪種糞便產(chǎn)的沼氣,都不能省略脫硫步驟。很多朋友圖省事、省成本,直接用未脫硫的沼氣發(fā)電,短期看好像節(jié)省了一點(diǎn)錢,但長期下來,設(shè)備頻繁被腐蝕、出故障,維修成本、更換設(shè)備的成本,比脫硫設(shè)備的成本高太多,反而虧了。
